Interim Quality Manager

Main responsibilities:;

• Reports to the CEO/Site Manager, member of the management team, 6-7 direct reports
• Overall responsibility for leading, developing, and coordinating the company's quality department
• Responsibility for ensuring that the company meets GMP and customer expectations regarding quality levels
• Lead and develop the entire business both strategically and operationally
• Participate in the development of the company's quality system and act as process owner for quality processes
• Approve change requests, deviations, and CAPA
• Participate in various product or equipment projects as a QA representative
• Conduct inspections on behalf of both customers and authorities
• Support the entire company in GMP-related matters

To be eligible for the role;

• Relevant academic degree
• Several years of leadership experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to drive strategic and operational development in the area of quality
• Ability to build trust by being a good role model and leading the group with committed and communicative leadership
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• As a person, you are meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and a good communicator.

About the process;

The assignment is expected to last for 5 months, starting on February 1. We will present candidates on January 18, and interviews with the client will take place on January 19.
