Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to an IT company in Stockholm that is undergoing strong growth.
Main duties:
- Ensure financial reports and accounts are created with both internal and external support.
- Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities, investments.
- Responsible for the budget process.
- Legal agreements
- Other administrative tasks.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as CFO in IT company/ Consulting.
- Experience in P/E owned business.
- Experience in managing internal and external staff.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
