Hanna initially embarked on a different career path, but changed direction and trained as a human resources specialist many years ago. This proved to be the right decision, and she has worked with HR issues for most of her career. Hanna has alternated between being an employee and working as an interim consultant. She has held positions in several different organizations, both in municipal and private companies. Most of her assignments have been change-related, and she is skilled at driving and implementing improvements and enjoys working closely with management, providing support in leadership and communication. She contributes strategically while also being reliable and quick to make decisions in more short-term goals and projects. Hanna recently completed an assignment at a real estate company where she was involved in streamlining and digitizing HR work. She also coached managers in clarifying responsibilities and decision-making.
Hanna is well suited to the role of HRBP in large companies, but can also step into the role of HR manager and has extensive experience of management team work.
