Interim Head of Department
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint an interim Department Head for a publicly traded company in central Sweden. The assignment is for 6 months and begins on December 4.
Management responsibilities include steering the organization toward established goals, as well as leading and developing subordinates.
The responsibilities of the position include working in accordance with the budget, the operational plan, the operational systems, and systematic workplace safety efforts.
The primary guiding documents for the position consist of the general and individual job descriptions, as well as the goals and development plans established during performance reviews.
We would like you to have experience in:
- Change Leadership.
- Experience with organizational changes.
- Experience in MBL negotiations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the industrial sector and safety/security is also an asset.
Main duties:
• Lead and coordinate operations with optimal organization within the area of responsibility.
• Based on the overall operational plan, develop and monitor the results of operational plans within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure that written delegation of duties related to occupational safety and health within the department is in place and up to date.
• Prepare a cost budget for the department, monitor actual costs, and ensure that the budget is adhered to.
• Conduct performance reviews with subordinates.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting on December 4. We will present candidates in week 47, and interviews at the client company will take place at that time.
