Interim Nordic Head of HR
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Nordic HR Manager for a venture capital-owned group in retail based in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Nordic HR Manager in a venture capital owned retail chain, you will be a key person in driving several parallel change projects from an HR perspective. The change projects concern centralization, organizational development, major system shifts and shifting leadership structurally and culturally. The group is also repositioning itself. The group has a turnover of 1.4 billion with headquarters in Stockholm. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Staff responsibility for three Nordic HRBPs.
- Ongoing operational HR work
- Run several parallel Change Management projects from an HR perspective.
- Be responsible for developing CSR based on legal requirements.
- Be responsible for collective agreements.
- Be responsible for the HR budget.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from similar positions/employment in the near future as HR Manager, HR Director and HRBP.
- Very good experience in operationally running and implementing parallel Change Management projects involving several business areas.
- Several years of experience in business with many operating units, ideally retail.
- Experience in managing collective agreements and labor law for retail or similar
- Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Relevant experience with structures and processes in medium and large companies.
The assignment is full-time and starts on February 8, 2024 and is expected to last until mid-January 2025. Presentation of candidates will take place on 29/11 and interviews with the client company will take place on 30/11. Do you have the right profile and are available? Apply now.
