Interim Senior HR Specialist

The HR department at that company works with all HR-related areas and provides a combination of needs-based support to managers and long-term, overarching issues.

Job responsibilities:

• Work to provide consultative and proactive support to managers in all HR processes, such as labor law, salary formation issues, rehabilitation issues, and work environment issues.
• Participate in union cooperation and present HR issues in various management groups.
• Work on developing managers and employees through training initiatives and effective teams.
• The consultant may work remotely in part, but must be flexible enough to work in the office.

Who we are looking for:

• Appropriate university degree in HR or relevant university degree.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in qualified HR work at both strategic and operational levels.
• At least seven years of experience in a consultative role within the HR field.
• At least seven years of experience in government operations.
• Experience of leading/driving change and development work, as well as preparing and producing training materials within HR.
• Experience of the entire wage formation process.
• Experience of occupational health and safety work and active measures, as well as in-depth knowledge of state labor law.
• Experience of trade union cooperation.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is tentatively scheduled to start in early January, is full-time, and is expected to last for at least 12 months. Candidates will be presented at the end of December, and the deadline for applications is November 20.
