Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project Manager to a manufacturing company in Skåne that is planning to establish itself in the US. The company has a turnover of SEK 700 million and operates in an international market.
Main responsibilities:;
- Project management regarding US establishment with waste Q3 2026
- Lead a cross-functional project team consisting of production, purchasing, logistics, sales, R&D, and HR.
- Reports to the CEO and management team
- Responsible for and coordinating with the steering group for project progress (updates, coordination, communication, etc.)
To be eligible for the role;
- 10 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
- Experience with companies that refine components into end products is desirable.
- Experience in the North American market
- Good general technical understanding
- Preparedness on business trips
- Post-secondary education, probably with an engineering background
About the process;
A longer assignment expected to last approximately 36 months with a workload of 50–100 % (if more than 50 %, additional tasks will be discussed). Expected start date: December/January.
