Interim Senior Technical Sales Representative

Our client is a subcontractor to OEM companies and specializes in the machining of complex parts. They are market leaders in their niche and their customer base includes several well-known large companies. The company is currently in a position where they want to focus on gaining new market share and increasing growth. The scope of the assignment is initially part-time.

Main responsibilities: 

• Responsibility for expanding the customer segment. Building strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative sales and longer sales cycles.
• Strategically develop the company's sales organization in close collaboration with the CEO and Production Manager.

To be eligible for the role, you have/are: 

• A highly competent and experienced B2B salesperson with proven success in a similar role.
• Solid experience working with international clients.
• Technically interested and knowledgeable. Knowledge of/understanding of the mechanical industry is an advantage.
• Previously worked at manufacturing companies and closely involved in production management.
• Very self-motivated, but also a team player.
• Social, outgoing, and able to build strong, long-term relationships with client companies.

About the process: 

The assignment will start as soon as possible, is part-time (approx. 60%), and is expected to last for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The position is based at the company's head office in Västra Götaland. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be conducted shortly thereafter.
