Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior Payroll & HR Consultant to an organization operating in the energy sector.

The company is currently undergoing a period of growth. Among other things, a digitization project is being implemented with the aim of streamlining system support for payroll and personnel administration.

 

Main duties:

  • Together with project managers, support the HR department in establishing effective system support for payroll and personnel administration, both by optimizing existing systems and by procuring and implementing new system support.
  • Develop, compile, and quality assure procurement documentation related to system support for payroll and personnel administration to ensure that the documentation meets the company's needs and requirements in this area.
  • Using expert knowledge in the field, challenge the business and request requirements that the business itself does not specify, in order to ensure that the procurement documentation meets the actual needs/requirements that the company has in the field and that the system support is as effective as possible.,
  • Conduct tests related to new processes/system functionality and in connection with any system changes.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training courses on new functions or procedures in the payroll/HR area.
  • Strategic advice on salary-related issues.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new procedures and processes for streamlining or quality assurance in existing (and new) system support.
  • Interpret laws, central and local collective agreements, and labor law regulations and their effect on system support, processes, and procedures.

 

To be eligible for the role, you have:

  • Post-secondary education in HR, or equivalent relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the implementation and system adaptation of payroll systems.
  • At least 10 years of experience providing consultative advice related to HR/payroll systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in interpreting and applying collective agreements and Swedish legislation and their impact on salary systems
  • Experience working with agile methods is an advantage.
  • Good teamwork and initiative skills, outgoing and clear in communication.

 

About the process:

The assignment will start as soon as possible, is full-time, and is expected to last for at least 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Location in Stockholm. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be conducted shortly thereafter.
