Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for a small construction company operating in the civil engineering sector. The position is based in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim CEO, you will be a key person in the company and report to the owners and board. The company is currently undergoing a period of change and is looking for an experienced leader who can take on the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing operations.
- Ensure the company's continued growth.
- Streamline and run long-term profitable project activities.
To be eligible for the role, you are:
- A competent and confident manager with a proven track record of success in previous leadership positions.
- Highly knowledgeable in construction/contracting with extensive experience in the industry.
About the process:
The assignment will start in September (no later than early October), is full-time, and is expected to last for six months, with a good chance of transitioning to permanent employment. Location is Stockholm. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be conducted shortly thereafter.
