Interim Search was founded by two entrepreneurs in 2012 and is now Sweden's largest interim management company. During our eleven years in business, we have received a number of awards, including Gazelle Company of the Year from Dagens industri, Super Company of the Year from Veckans affärer, and a place on the Financial Times list of Europe's 1000 fastest-growing companies in 2021.

We have built a forward-looking corporate culture and currently have 40 employees in Stockholm, Gävle, Gothenburg, and Malmö. The organization consists primarily of Directors and Managers, who manage their individual client portfolios and help Swedish companies find the right interim manager in as little as 48 hours. Our Directors and Managers work with a research team of 13 people who ensure that we deliver the right candidates with both speed and precision.

Interim Search opened its Malmö office in 2022, and we are now looking for our next colleague to join the team. In the role of Director, you will have independent responsibility for building and managing your own client portfolio and placing interim consultants on assignments throughout Sweden. It is a role where you will work according to our standard process, but with great opportunities to build your own personal brand and independently plan your client development and recruitment processes.

As Director, you will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio. You will project manage recruitment processes, drive agreements, and work with client care for owners, boards, and management. You will be supported by dedicated colleagues, tailored tools adapted for interim appointments, and market-leading methodology to deliver quickly and with precision.

The role includes

Responsibility for building and managing your own customer portfolio
Act as an advisor and sounding board for clients, who often consist of management teams in organizations undergoing extensive change.
Evaluation and advice for qualified and senior candidates
Manage recruitment processes, drive agreements, and work with customer and candidate care
Initiate and maintain relationships with customers and candidates

We see that you are a person with extensive experience of working commercially with qualified counterparts. It is desirable if you come from a role where you have independently driven agreements and qualified sales with short lead times – preferably within the recruitment industry.
