Interim Production & Planning Manager
For a world-leading company in its industry, we are now urgently looking for an interim senior Production & Planning Manager located in Västerås (Västmanland) with the possibility of some remote work. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million with 56 employees. The assignment focuses on structuring purchasing & logistics and being the recipient of a number of ongoing projects within the company. You should be self-driven with a technical background.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Drive the operational change process.
- Improvement work in productivity and quality, purchasing and logistics.
- Participate in and lead a number of projects.
- Support different departments and their managers in related positions within the company.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from large industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of lean production.
- Experience from a similar role.
- Very good knowledge of English & Swedish in both speech and writing.
- Structured, confident and collaborative team player with a proven track record in similar assignments.

About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 4-6 months starting immediately at 100 % in scope. The work is performed on site. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and the last day for application is July 28.
