Interim Business Controller - Analyst

Main duties:

• You are expected to proactively analyze and manage all financial decisions.
• You are responsible for the ongoing control and analysis of the company's financial position and internal structure.
• You are expected to develop the finance function's ability to set relevant KPIs to achieve improvements, as well as to spot deviations.
• Ongoing support to the CEO and ongoing reporting to the Board.
• Forecasting and budget summaries as well as outcome and profitability analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, monthly reporting of key figures and outcomes.

To be eligible for the role, you must:

Bachelor's degree in economics and strong analytical skills.
Worked requires at least 5-7 years of previous experience in business analysis as well as 3-5.
You have previous experience of reviewing companies, financial statements, and large amounts of data, and have drawn conclusions and made recommendations based on analysis.
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in Swedish and English.
Strong analytical skills that enable you to tackle challenges and tasks in a focused and structured manner.
Ability to make complex financial models clear and understandable.
