Frida began her career at a bank. She quickly got to grips with her duties as a technician and advanced to become a systems developer and IT manager. Frida's drive and hard work did not go unnoticed, and she was headhunted by a company in the financial sector, where she worked as a project manager and IT manager. There, Frida was involved in implementing new working methods to simplify the internal organization as well as for the company's customers. After two years in this role, Frida began working as an interim consultant and has now had three assignments in leadership positions. In her most recent assignment, she was responsible for IT strategy for a large corporation and was instrumental in negotiations leading up to the final contracts. She is now looking for her next assignment, preferably with a further focus on strategic work.
