Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Production Manager to a large manufacturing company in central Sweden.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Manage operational work.
- Improvements in safety, productivity, and quality.
- Lead organizational change.
- Lead projects.
- Support various departments and their managers/team leaders.
- Work environment manager.
- Human resources manager.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from large industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of lean production.
- Experience from a similar role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Structured, confident, and cooperative leader.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 12 months, starting immediately, with a scope of 100 %. The work will be carried out on site. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in the following days.
