Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Partner to a company in the construction and civil engineering industry based in Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Responsible for the entire process regarding manager and employee recruitment.
- Work with continuous improvements in HR processes.
- Ongoing management support, handling issues such as rehabilitation, collective agreements, and working time regulations.
- Responsible for negotiations in connection with, for example, managerial appointments.
- Administer and manage follow-ups in cases such as resignations, preferential rights, etc.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic education in behavioral science or economics with a focus on organizational development or similar
experience in general HR work. - At least 5 years of experience in general HR work, including rehabilitation, management support, negotiations, and recruitment.
Your personal characteristics are characterized by your structured approach and ability to build relationships. You are unpretentious and thrive in a role where the focus is on providing good service and supporting managers.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start immediately and continue until September 1, 2023, with a good chance of extension or transition to employment with the client. The assignment is for 100% and is based in Gothenburg. We will present candidates to the client on Thursday, April 13.
