Josefin has a broad background in logistics, IT, and change management. As an interim consultant, her expertise lies in leading teams and projects within complex organizations. She usually works across the board and is involved in all phases, from identifying needs and planning projects to successfully driving them to completion. She has often worked with cross-cultural project groups in global companies, where she has partly led remotely. In these projects, Josefin has had strategic responsibility for budgets and goals, but has also shifted to operational work to find smarter ways of working, often with the help of digitalisation. Examples of some of her assignments include helping a technology company automate its delivery process by integrating a new business system. At a global pharmaceutical company, she led a project aimed at reducing the number of systems and suppliers in order to find a unified platform to work from. Both projects were run remotely and progressed very well despite complex starting points.
