Interim Head of Unit

After earning his degree in business administration, Björn began working in accounting and later became the finance manager at a manufacturing company. He held that position for a couple of years, and his leadership skills and focus on results led to his subsequent recruitment as a unit manager at a major government agency. In that role, Björn had overall responsibility for the unit’s operational goals and staff. This included budgetary responsibility and participation in several public forums where the unit was represented. Since then, Björn has held unit leadership positions in two different municipalities and has now been an interim consultant for one year. He has held a long-term interim assignment at a manufacturing company, where he was responsible for the budget, management, and talent acquisition for both new and existing staff. Björn is now seeking his next assignment.
