Office Depot is one of the world's largest suppliers of office supplies. They offer not only all kinds of office consumables, but also furniture, promotional products, printing solutions, coffee machines and much more. Sales in Sweden are made through a sales force, stores, a webshop and a customer center. The company has a turnover of just over SEK 1 billion.

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Retail Sales Manager to drive Office Depot's strategic work in retail in terms of sales. The role is part of the management team and reports to the CEO.

Main tasks:

Responsible for retail with about 45 stores, two regional managers and one retail operations.
Drive the Retail business area strategically around development and profitability within the framework of Office Depot's overall strategy.
Be responsible for setting the retail strategy.
Based on strategy develop a vision which is communicated to employees

Who we are looking for:

You have a relevant education in economics, sales, retail management or similar.
You have worked in retail and B2B via chain stores to end customers.
It is an advantage if you have worked in a related retail area.
You are results-driven, businesslike and strategic.
You are a strong leader with a focus on change.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for four months starting in September. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place on 24/8 and 29/8.
