Interim Health and Safety Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Health and Safety Manager for a company in the technology industry. You will contribute to the safety culture throughout the business through both strategic and operational work.
This is a responsible and challenging position within production, operations and service. The role is part of the HR team consisting of 7 people leading a forward-thinking agenda. You will report to the HR Manager.
Main duties:
- Develop and implement systematic work environment management in health and safety.
- Implement, develop and streamline processes, organization and ensure competence in the area.
- Coordinate health and safety work in Scandinavia.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are highly committed, results-driven and collaborative.
- You have several years of experience in a similar role in construction or electrical installation or similar, both strategically and operationally.
- You have an education relevant to the role, or a professional training as a Work Environment Engineer.
- You have knowledge in BAS-U and BAS-P.
- You have previously worked in SAM.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- ISO 45001 and electrical safety is an advantage.
About the process:
