Interim Group Business Controller
Interim Search has been tasked with filling the position of interim Group Business Controller at Transcom in Stockholm.
Transcom is a global specialist in customer experience and provides solutions in customer service, sales, and technical support. The company has 27,000 customer experience specialists at 45 contact centers who provide services in 33 languages to international clients across a variety of industries.
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Experience working as a Business Controller, preferably within a large corporate group.
- Business-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of how to structure, streamline, and develop processes.
- Experience in IT is a plus.
Job Description:
- Supports the global IT and HR organizations as well as other corporate functions.
- Monthly monitoring and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, as well as supporting each organization with analysis, business cases, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Reports to the Head of Group Business Control.
- An international role with points of contact in several countries within the organization.
- The Group's official language is English.
About the process:
We will present the candidates on August 17, and will be contacted for interviews starting on August 13.
The assignment begins immediately, no later than August 31, and is expected to last 4 months.
