Interim Team Leader
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Team Leader for Ellevio, a Swedish electric grid company with approximately 930,000 customers, primarily in central Sweden. The company was founded in 2015 when it took over the electric grid operations from Fortum in Sweden.
The team leader heads the Measurement & Billing team, which currently consists of 16 people. The focus of this interim assignment is on leading and developing the staff, as well as having overall responsibility for quality and follow-up. The main responsibilities are:
- Breaking down higher level objectives and applying them to your own team's responsibilities, implementing and monitoring the achievement of objectives.
- Responsible for follow-ups and reports from your team.
- Prepare annual budget and development plans for your team.
- Identify and act on deviations from the set objectives.
- Monitor, motivate, and develop employees
- Schedule Resources
Leadership responsibilities carry significant weight in this role. You will also be a member of the unit’s management team. You have at least 5 years of documented managerial experience and a college degree, preferably in engineering or economics. You have excellent leadership skills in times of change and are self-assured. Experience in a managerial role within customer service is a plus, as is experience in the energy sector (with a focus on electricity).
