In recent years, Alicia has primarily worked at the corporate level, including five years as an independent interim consultant. She has held several assignments where she was responsible for financial statements, monthly reporting, and investment processes. She has also served as a system owner for BI tools and driven both implementations and general improvements. In her most recent assignment, Alicia worked at a manufacturing company where she collaborated closely with the European management team. She handled management reporting and consolidation, and managed the budget and forecasts.
