Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project Manager for an investment company in the hotel industry. You will report directly to the CEO of the business.
The business owns and manages several hotels and is now facing the start of a project for the construction of another new hotel in the Stockholm area. As Project Manager, you will build and be responsible for the project organization with responsibility towards the customer and other project stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
- You have solid experience in independently managing construction projects ranging in size from 20 MSEK and up.
- You have a good knowledge of construction and health and safety legislation, tenancy and construction law and full control of regulatory requirements.
- You have solid experience in project budgeting and costing.
- You have good written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in new construction.
- As the work requires continuous reporting and documentation, it is a prerequisite that you are structured and enjoy planning, organizing and prioritizing.
About the process
We will present candidates on Thursday, May 24 at 15:00 and interviews at the company will take place the following week. The assignment is full-time, starts immediately and is expected to last until June 30, 2019.
