Interim Teamlead AR/AP

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is a centralized function within the group. The department consists of 12 people. The role of Teamleader for AR/AP has 12 direct reports. The Teamleader AR/AP reports to the VP of Group Accounting, Taxes and Shared Services. The primary focus of the role will be on providing confident leadership and standardizing and streamlining the quality of the processes for AR/AP.

Main duties:

• Lead and develop the AR/AP team.
• Ensure accurate and efficient management of invoicing, payment and debt collection.
• Financial compliance and continuously reducing costs.
• Develop and improve internal processes and efficiency.
• Relationships with key stakeholders.
• Cooperation with external and internal auditors.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have extensive experience in similar roles in the near future and solid expertise in accounts payable and receivable.
• You are confident in your leadership.
• You are used to working with problem solving and process optimization.
• You have a degree in economics or similar.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 12 months starting immediately. The position is full-time and located in Stockholm.
