She has over ten years of experience in the recruitment industry, where she has held roles as Consultant Manager and Account Manager. Before joining Interim Search, she was Senior Account Manager at a fast-growing recruitment company, where she worked with large corporate accounts and government organizations. Josefin built up an extensive customer network and was awarded Salesperson of the Year in 2017. She also had a defined role as internal sales coach for employees at the company.
