Interim Head of Retail

Main duties:

• Drives sales in close collaboration with store managers.
• Develop leadership to achieve budget and set goals.
• Ensure that the retail vision is maintained and followed through close collaboration with other retail functions such as Store Operations Manager and Visual Concept Manager.
• Be responsible for personnel and leadership issues and coach and develop the team in these areas in a concrete and educational manner.
• Work closely with other functions such as IT, operational purchasing, category, and marketing to maintain cohesion.
• Responsible for the store perspective in various projects and processes such as campaign planning, campaign execution, budgeting, and product range issues.
• Overall responsibility for continuously developing working methods in stores.
• Lead and support store managers and other retail organizations in accordance with the company's store strategy.
• You report to the CCO.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have good leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience in retail.
• You have a good ability to keep several projects going and prioritize your time between them.
• You work in a goal-oriented, structured, independent, and focused manner.
• You have a talent for communication and teaching.
• You have experience of managing leaders and managing remotely.
• You possess personal maturity.

About the process:
