Interim Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering some of the largest turnkey substation projects in Sweden. You will also lead a highly skilled multidisciplinary project team and manage suppliers and contractors.

Main duties:

• You have overall responsibility for all aspects of your project.
• You lead your team and bear ultimate responsibility.
• Ensures that safety, health, and environmental requirements are implemented.
• As a senior member of the local business community, you are expected to take a keen interest in finding out and sharing your knowledge about new developments, market trends, and the products and activities of publicly known competitors.

Important experience to be considered for the role:

• Experienced in implementing transformer station projects in the Swedish market.
• Lead substation projects at voltage levels above 110 kV.
• You have managed several delivery projects in recent years.
• Construction law.
• Worked on trunk and regional network projects.

Required competencies and personal skills:

• You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This means that you are a sharp negotiator, with an excellent ability to solve problems, lead teams, and work constructively with customer relations.
• You communicate your messages in a coherent and clear manner and lead your projects with great confidence – and you have the character to stand tall in good times and bad alike.

About the process:

The assignment is for 100%, estimated to last at least 6 months, but may last up to 18 months. Start immediately, but no later than mid-November. Possibility of some remote work.
