Interim Payroll Manager

Pauline is an economist by training and worked at an accounting firm for many years before deciding to switch to payroll. For the past couple of years, she has been an interim consultant and currently works primarily as an interim payroll manager, usually with responsibility for small teams of payroll administrators. Pauline has mainly worked in large companies where she has handled nearly 400 payrolls and acted as system owner for various payroll systems. She has worked in several industries and with payrolls for both blue-collar and white-collar workers. Pauline enjoys her managerial role, where a large part of her responsibility is to ensure correct payroll calculations, payments, pension provisions, and reporting. She also runs development projects related to payroll processes and systems.
