Interim Search is an entrepreneur-owned company and the largest in Sweden within our niche—interim management. We are experiencing strong growth and have recruited eight new employees so far in 2022, bringing our total number of employees to 35. We have previously been awarded prizes for our rapid progress, including Gasellföretag (Gazelle Company) by Dagens industri and Superföretag (Super Company) by Veckans Affärer.
An important part of our rapid growth journey is our research team, which helps our experienced recruitment consultants accurately find the right candidates for our current assignments. We are now looking for a manager for our 13-person research team who can lead the employees, further develop the function, and ensure that it remains the sharpest in the market. You will work at our Stockholm office located in Östermalm and lead employees spread across four regional offices.
In the role of Head of Search, you will lead the team and drive the development of the function, both in terms of working methods and from a process and system perspective. Our work is characterized by a clear structure and a well-developed methodology that enables us to evaluate and deliver the most suitable candidates on the market in just a few days. As we grow, this places even higher demands on continuous development in research. Your job will be to ensure that the research team works proactively, in a coordinated manner and with effective routines and tools to maintain consistent, high quality throughout the delivery process. You will report directly to the CEO.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the team, currently consisting of 13 people (including direct responsibility for five employees)
- Responsible for developing working methods, routines, and instructions, and then implementing these in the team
- Develop methodologies for research in both internal systems and external databases
- Responsible for internal recruitment within the team, as the plan is to expand the team
- Train both your own team and our recruitment consultants in research
- Responsible for system issues in the recruitment system and instructions in our business management system
