Interim Sourcing Manager

Main duties:

As a Sourcing manager within Group Procurement, you will be responsible for delivering high-value sourcing services to a number of spending areas (Group Procurement covers Professional Services, HR, Marketing & Communications, Facility management, Banking services). The role requires executing sourcing projects and other procurement related tasks on operational level, e.g. managing contracts and renegotiating existing agreements, executing identified saving opportunities, communicating and integrating with internal stakeholders, securing one cross-country/cross-divisional aspects of sourcing, securing operational risk and driving process efficiency to secure our business plan goals. You will to a high extent collaborate with sourcing professionals based in various countries, mainly Stockholm and Vilnius. You will be based in Stockholm and report to the Head of Sourcing at Group Procurement.

To be eligible for the role:

• Have a Batchelor degree in finance, business management, economics, engineering fields or law
• Have a sufficient and proven track record within the Procurement field
• Have experience and knowledge of driving sourcing and procurement projects
• Have experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Highly effective communication, relationship building, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed, self-motivated that find motivation in a diverse portfolio of tasks
• Work in a structured way
• Thrive interacting with many different colleagues and functions to reach you targets,
• Speak and write English fluently – Swedish is a merit
