Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Compensation & Benefits/HR Controller to a rapidly growing foreign group with its Scandinavian headquarters in Stockholm. The role reports directly to the HR Director.
As Compensation & Benefits/HR Controller, you will be part of an exciting growth journey and will join a dynamic HR team that works closely with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Policies and processes relating to salaries and benefits. Design and management of these.
- Annual salary review together with HRBPs.
- Benchmarking of salaries and benefits.
- Set compensation strategy and guidelines.
- Coordination regarding our collective agreements, interpretation, and negotiation.
- Contact with external suppliers linked to C&B.
- Administration of agreements, contracts, and benefits.
Who we are looking for:
- At least five years of experience in a qualified HR role, including collective agreements, salaries, and KPIs.
- Experience with compensation strategy and relevant data benchmarking.
- Very good Excel skills.
- Experience with HRIS is a requirement, and experience working with PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Ability to work strategically but roll up your sleeves for purely administrative work.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Swedish.
About the Process:
We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews at the company will take place on January 12. This is a full-time position, starting immediately and expected to last until May 31, 2019.
