Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Team Manager for Ellevio, a Swedish electricity network company with approximately 930,000 customers mainly in central Sweden. The company was formed in 2015 by taking over the electricity network business from Fortum in Sweden.
The Team Manager leads the Connections team with approximately 10 employees. The team is responsible for customer-initiated connections in a geographical area in central Sweden and the business is mainly operational. The focus is on annual targets for team efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Main tasks are:
- Breaking down higher level objectives and applying them to your own team's responsibilities, implementing and monitoring the achievement of objectives.
- Responsible for follow-ups and reports from your team.
- Prepare annual budget and development plans for your team.
- Identify and act on deviations from the set objectives.
- Developing tools and ways of working for your team.
- Control, motivate and train connection engineers.
- Scheduling of resources.
In addition to managerial responsibilities, you will interact with clients and be a member of the unit's management team (4 teams in total). You have at least 5 years of documented management experience and an academic degree, preferably in engineering or business. You have excellent change management skills and are confident in yourself. Experience in digitalization and a management role in customer service is an advantage.
