Josefin Öhman is a Director at Interim Search. She is also a sea lover who runs along the water all year round.
How would your loved ones describe you as a person?
Curious, engaged, cheerful, quite calm and always ready to laugh.
Tell us about a passion you have.
I love the sea and nature. For me, the perfect start to the day is an early run along the sea - something I try to do several times a week, regardless of the season.
What does a perfect Sunday look like?
I like to wake up without too many obligations. Drink coffee in peace and quiet, sit and talk for a long time and read the news. Then it will be breakfast with scrambled eggs and bake off bread. After that a nice long walk and do some crafts at home, relax and look forward to a good dinner that my husband cooks for me. We will probably also have one or more of our children with us at the dinner table.
When was the last time you tried something new?
Last summer I bought my first mountain bike and tried trail biking in Åre together with my husband, our son and some friends. It was great fun and exciting and something I will definitely continue with.
Tell us about a person you look up to.
My mom. She has an incredible drive, is generous to everyone around her and really enjoys life. She is also a valuable sounding board for me.
What keeps you motivated?
I love traveling and doing things. Discovering new places and revisiting places I have been to before where I like to relax. A big motivation for me is to have trips and activities booked in the future.
What is the most beautiful place you know?
I love places that breathe peace and quiet, preferably with a nice view of the sea, plains and nature. There are several different ones, but I would probably like to mention our own terrace and plot at home, which is an oasis for me.
What would you like to have more time for?
I think I've learned to be pretty good at making time for what I want to do. However, I always wish I could spend even more time with my children, grandchildren and even siblings - my whole big family! We have a wonderful family bond that has become even more important over the years.
