Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim European HR Manager for a Swedish group in the manufacturing industry. The European operations have 150 employees in seven countries. The head office for the European operations is located in Frankfurt, Germany. The role reports directly to the Regional Director Europe.
As European HR Manager, you will drive the annual HR processes in seven European countries.
Your responsibilities will primarily include:
- Speaking partner to the European head and the seven country heads.
- Recruitment for senior key roles.
- Project management for critical projects.
- Drive HR processes within performance management.
- Conduct the annual European compensation audit.
To be eligible for the assignment:
- You are interested in weekly commuting throughout the entire period in question.
- You have recent experience from an international senior HR management role.
- You have solid knowledge of MS Excel.
- You have a good conversational level of German and are fluent in spoken and written English.
The process:
We will present candidates on Thursday, December 7 at 9:00 a.m., and interviews will take place on Friday, December 8, 2017. The assignment is full-time and will start the following week and is expected to continue until February 2018.
