Interim Chief Financial Officer

In the role of interim Finance Manager, you will be independently responsible for the finance function, handling everything from day-to-day accounting to annual accounts, budgets, forecasts, and providing business support.

Responsibilities in the role of Interim Finance Manager:

• Full responsibility for financial functions and figures on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, reporting to the CEO.
• Responsibility for accounting, reporting, taxes, annual reports, salaries, customer and supplier accounts, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Continuously analyze the company's financial position.
• Act as the CEO's right-hand person in various decisions.
• Support the CEO, HR Manager, and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks.
• The role reports to the CEO.

Who we are looking for:

• You have recent experience in a role as Finance Manager or Chief Financial Officer in a small company.
• Enjoys working hands-on with accounting and taking responsibility for everything from invoices to annual accounts.
• You are self-motivated, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
• You are a meticulous organizer.
• You have good written and spoken English skills and are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
