Interim Payroll Consultant
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Payroll Consultant to an exciting major international company based in Uppsala. Possibility to work partly remotely.
Main duties:
- Reporting for several Swedish companies.
- Administration of new recruitment, staff changes, personnel, travel, pension and time systems, etc.
- Group representative for group insurance.
- Client and contact person for occupational health services.
- Reporting and reconciliation of internal and external statistics.
- Contact with authorities such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Public Employment Service and Skandia.
- Introducing new employees and acting as a sounding board for managers on e.g. labor law issues.
- Provide external partner with payroll material for two companies.
- Participate in local and global projects.
Who we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in payroll administration, preferably as an interim consultant.
- Relevant education in economics or equivalent.
- Good system knowledge and proficient user of Flex HRM, Hogia Personal and Hogia Travel.
- Preferably previous experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- As a person, you are structured and independent and have good communication skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last at 100% for 6 months starting in August 2022. The assignment can be longer than 6 months provided that both parties are happy with each other. The customer would like the consultant to be on site in Uppsala 3 days per week and otherwise remotely. We present candidates to the client on Thursday, June 30 and interviews take place in connection with that.
