Andreas is a lawyer with experience from working at a law firm, in banking and finance, and as a corporate lawyer. He started out on a classic career path but declined to become a partner in a law firm because he wanted to try working on the other side. He worked for five years in legal and compliance at a major bank before taking a job as a corporate lawyer at an international energy company. After three years, he was offered the position of general counsel at a smaller finance company, which he couldn't turn down. His first interim assignment was in connection with new Basel regulations. Since then, he has had three longer line assignments as a corporate lawyer, including at a real estate company.
Andreas is a versatile interim lawyer who may be of interest to banks, finance companies, and other businesses. He is equally happy working as a senior specialist or managing staff; for him, the most important thing is that the client has a clear agenda for improvement and change. The more complex, the better.
