Interim Marketing & Communications Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Marketing & Communications Manager for the Svenska Skogsplantor business area within Sveaskog. Sweden's largest and leading supplier of forest seeds, forest plants and forest regeneration.
In the role of interim Marketing & Communications Manager, your mission is to develop Svenska Skogsplantor's market communication and internal communication and continue to drive the new strategy with, among other things, digital marketing. You report to the Business Area Manager and are part of Svenska Skogsplantor's staff and collaborate with Sveaskog's HR and communication. Location at the head office in central Stockholm.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim Marketing & Communications Manager
- Responsibility for creating the Market Strategy
- Operational and strategic
- Implementing digital marketing and communication
- Further develop digital sales and customer interaction platforms
- Responsibility for communication through press release and articles internally and externally
- Drive, lead and coordinate various related projects and missions
- Contact and procurement of suppliers
- Coordinate internal networks and skills development in marketing, sales and customer care
- Budgetary responsibility in the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with business area managers and sales managers within Svenska Skogsplantor
- Collaborate with Sveaskog's HR and communication staff
Who we are looking for
- You have recent experience in traditional and digital marketing and communication
- Experience in offering and/or procuring services in the field
- Experience in managing and developing people
- Experience in the forest industry or interest in outdoor activities would be an advantage
About the process
We present candidates on Monday 23/10 and interviews at the company take place on Thursday 26/10. The assignment is full-time starting immediately, but no later than November 15 and is expected to last for 6 months, the position can be transferred to a permanent role if interested.
