Interim Production Manager

In the role of interim Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery productivity and development-oriented work with continuous efficiency improvements and rationalization in the production process.

Main responsibilities as interim Production Manager:

• Personnel responsibility for 35 employees
• Ensure production facility delivery requirements
• Implement LEAN
• Daily monitoring of development work activities
• Be an ambassador for change
• Actively work with goals and objectives, as well as follow-up

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for the position, you must have many years of experience in a similar role. Experience of volume production, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field, is considered an advantage.
