Interim Plant Manager

In the role of interim Factory Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and continuously developing operations, organization, and production with regard to capacity, competence, work environment, quality, productivity, and delivery.

Main responsibilities are

• Continue to drive change while maintaining delivery reliability.
• Drive the business towards the new goals that have been set.
• Lead employees and implement new processes.
• Development of production.

To be eligible for the position of interim Factory Manager

• Experience from similar roles in the recent past
• Technical education is an advantage.
• Experience of management in production in the engineering industry.
• Leadership skills.
• Experience in improvement work and modern production principles (Lean).
• Interest in production technology.
• Aptitude for structure, order, and leadership.
• Strong and driven personality.
• You are expected to be a skilled leader with good initiative and a flexible attitude.
• It is important that you can motivate and inspire your employees, set clear goals (with follow-up), drive continuous improvement (Lean), and are a skilled communicator.

About the Process
