Interim Health and Safety Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Work Environment Manager for an international listed company in Stockholm.
You will be part of an international team of 7 people who are the listed company's experts in health and safety issues. Your colleagues are located in Tallinn and some other locations in Sweden. Reporting to the Head of HR Group.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for employee experience processes
- Work environment issues in the Nordic and Baltic countries
- Focus on social and psychological work environment
- Team leader for work team trainings, not responsible for staff
- Reports to Head of HR Expert Nordic & Baltics
To be eligible for the role:
- Academic degree preferably in HR or similar
- Experience in implementing and developing health and safety issues
- Legal experience in occupational health and safety
- Experience in an international organization, experience in the Nordic and Baltic region is a plus
- Experience from trade unions (civil servants) the financial union and Saco
- Group language English
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 11 months during a parental leave. The assignment is in Stockholm with the possibility of distance 2-3 days/week.
