Interim Senior Project Manager

In the role of interim senior project manager, you will coordinate all stakeholders in the projects, primarily in the Gothenburg region and Mälardalen. The projects mainly involve the construction of new industrial premises and offices.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a number of construction projects of varying sizes in the field of HVAC installations
• Coordination with all stakeholders, including own staff
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable contract documents and the client's requirements and wishes, and that applicable laws and regulations are complied with.
• Establish and follow time and payment plans and maintain control over project finances (production calculations, post-calculations, and forecasts)
• Negotiate and conclude agreements within the prescribed framework of the project
• Train, support, and educate employees

Who we are looking for

• You have several years of experience in profit responsibility and successful project management within HVAC and/or construction.
• You have experience in personnel management and employee development.
• You are customer-focused
• You are self-motivated and solution-oriented

About the process

We will present candidates on Wednesday, August 30 at 4:00 p.m., and interviews at the company will take place on Thursday, August 31. The assignment is full-time, starts immediately, and is expected to last until February 28, 2018.
