Interim Chief Financial Officer

Pricer AB is a world leader in digital solutions for price labeling of goods in stores. The innovative platform is based on infrared technology with real-time updates that increase store productivity and enhance the customer experience. The company sells its products worldwide and there is the opportunity to travel in this role. Pricer has its own operations in France, the US, Germany, Israel, and Hong Kong, as well as distributors in many other markets. The current CFO is advancing to the role of CEO and therefore needs a replacement.

The role of interim CFO includes the following:

• full responsibility for the finance function
• Personnel responsibility for the finance group, with direct reporting to the Head of Finance and teams in France
• reporting to the audit committee
• quarterly presentations to investors
• review of customer contracts and insurance policies

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in the CFO role at publicly traded companies
• has worked with logistics flows, warehousing, and complex flows
• has worked with financing solutions, currency exposure, and assessing price levels
• is accustomed to working in global companies
• worked in manufacturing and/or high-tech companies
• have a basic understanding of accounting and advanced knowledge of controlling
• is a skilled leader, preferably with experience leading cross-border teams
• is familiar with the system and has worked with modern financial functions

About the process:

Interim Search will present candidates on August 21, and the assignment will commence no later than the beginning of September. The assignment is expected to last nine months.
