Karin was, in her own words, ”excessively loyal” to her first two employers, where she stayed for over ten years at each workplace. Both companies provided her with good career development opportunities, and she has held roles in both business and financial control, with and without functional/personnel responsibility. At both workplaces, she worked closely with the CFO, and in her most recent position, she was also responsible for implementing a BI system in the international organization. When her family moved from Skåne three years ago, she resigned from her job and started her own consulting business. Interim Search then hired her out to a consumer goods company as a management controller with good results.
Karin is now back on the market and is primarily looking for assignments as an interim controller manager, but may also be considered for positions as a senior business controller or finance manager if an accounting manager is already in place.
