He started out as a self-employed entrepreneur selling marine accessories, and as the business grew, his role shifted increasingly toward managing the company’s finances, while sales and logistics were gradually handled by new hires. When he sold the business, it had a turnover of 250 MSEK and 34 employees. Since then, he has worked for four employers as a finance manager and CFO. In his most recent role, he was also responsible for IT and logistics at an international trading company. Two years ago, he decided to return to self-employment—this time as an interim consultant. To date, he has been hired as a CFO primarily at privately owned, medium-sized companies where his entrepreneurial skills have been highly valued. In his most recent assignment, he was also responsible for the successful transition to the Maconomy system.
