Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Change Manager IT to a company in the plant and wholesale trade. It is a key role where you will be directly responsible for planning and implementing several overall change and development projects
Main duties:
- Drive and implement several improvement projects according to the set schedule
- Further development of Navision to ensure functioning sales process and operational efficiency
- Be responsive primarily to the problems and challenges of the sales organization
- Identify different stakeholders' needs for business system support to succeed and the value of implemented solutions
- Creating the conditions for the 2.0 vision to succeed
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Several years of experience in leading and managing IT-related change/development projects
- High business acumen and commercial understanding
- Used to switching between strategic and operational focus
- Used to acting in companies with logistics flows
- Probable university degree in business, engineering or IT, or equivalent knowledge from working life in IT management roles
About the process:
