Interim HR Manager

Our client is undergoing a dramatic transformation, as well as a strategic shift moving into new products and services. The interim HR Manager will partner with the commercial business managers and employees on country-specific issues, as well as the HR global/functional HRBPs with employees located in Sweden.

As interim HR Manager, you will:

• Be focused on supporting business goals
• Perform work personally as well as partner with Global HR Products and Services teams (COEs) to ensure the various business unit people programs are supported.
• Contribute to the operational plans of the local commercial business in the leadership team from the perspective of driving business performance.
• Work hands-on in operations.
• Report to the Vice President, Human Resources, Europe, and with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Sweden.

Preferred background:

• Several years of experience as a human resources generalist.
• Ability to provide expertise in a wide range of HR products and services.
• Capable of personally providing change management expertise and solutions.
• Have the personal qualities and professional experience necessary to quickly gain credibility with all levels of the client's organization.
• Able to operate effectively in our clients' environment, which is characterized by dramatic change and disruption in the clients' business area globally.
• Able to navigate through this environment of rapid change in the clients competitive ecosystem and business strategy.
