Interim Global Industrial Relations Manager

As Global Industrial Relations Manager, you will have primary responsibility for coordinating the Group's industrial relations activities – trade union cooperation – globally.

Responsibilities in the role of Interim Global Industrial Relations Manager:

You will play a key role in interactions with trade unions in all regions and participate in strategic negotiations in connection with potential major organizational changes or restructuring. You will also play a prominent role in the European Works Council and equivalent forums in other parts of the world. The role involves collaboration with the entire executive HR organization. You will report directly to the Vice President of HR.

Who we are looking for:

You have solid experience of global HR work from a senior position and are accustomed to actively working with international trade unions. The role is normally part-time, 2-3 days/week, but may be more intensive during certain periods and will involve a relatively large number of travel days.

About the process:
