AB Stockholms Spårvägar is owned by the Stockholm branch of the Swedish Tramway Society, individual members, and the investment company Pegroco. The company has been operating tram services on the Djurgårdslinjen line with museum carriages since 1991 and is now also responsible for services on tram lines 7 and 21, the Lidingöbanan, with regular low-floor trams. The company's premises are located on Djurgården in the tram depot by the water, next to Liljevalchs art gallery, Aquaria water museum, and Wasahamnen, as well as at AGA on Lidingö.
Your assignment as interim Finance Manager is to take full responsibility for the finance function, including financial planning and follow-up, as well as personnel responsibility for a finance assistant and a payroll assistant. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 160 million (2016) and around 200 employees.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim Finance Manager:
- Monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting for each department.
- Prepare financial statements and report to the CEO.
- Liquidity planning, budget, and forecasts.
- Support the financial assistant in financial matters.
- Responsible for contact with auditors, banks, the tax authorities, etc.
- Ensure that procedures are in place, followed, and developed.
Who we are looking for:
- You have recently worked as a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager in a small group of companies.
- You have a background in accounting and can independently prepare monthly financial statements.
- Experience with Visma and Hogia payroll systems is an advantage.
- Experience working in the engineering industry or transport companies is an advantage.
About the Process:
We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the assignment is expected to start immediately in April and run throughout the year. Interviews at the client company will begin on Tuesday, April 4.
